Terms and conditions of sale
The rules that apply when you order a print on Au loin.
Seller
These terms govern every sale concluded on the Au loin site with WF DEVELOPMENT, SAS, 47 BOULEVARD SAINT JEAN, 34150 Aniane (SIREN 103478780, intra-Community VAT number FR74103478780).
Product
Each print is a canvas on a wooden frame, printed from a landscape generated from a seed and from the part of it that you choose. The format and the price including VAT, delivery included, are shown on the order page before payment. Prints from the atelier collections are fixed images, printed as they are, with no seed and no framing.
Printing to order
The print is made individually after the order, according to the characteristics you have chosen. Production and shipping therefore only start once the payment has gone through.
Delivery and lead times
Prints are delivered in France only, to the address given at payment. The delivery time is 1 week to 15 days from the order, production included, for landscape canvases as for prints from the atelier collections. If the canvas is not delivered within this time, you may ask us to deliver it within a reasonable additional period, then cancel the sale if that period is not met (articles L216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
Payment
Payment is made online, in euros, through Stripe. The order is binding as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal
Landscape prints
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As each print is made from the seed and the area you have chosen, there is no right of withdrawal.
Atelier collection prints
Prints from the atelier collections are not personalised. You have 14 days from receiving the canvas to withdraw, without giving a reason (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
To withdraw, notify us before the end of this period with a clear statement, by e-mail to contact@auloin.com or by post to WF DEVELOPMENT, 47 BOULEVARD SAINT JEAN, 34150 Aniane. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Send the canvas back no later than 14 days after your notification. Return costs are paid by the customer. You are liable only for any loss in value of the canvas caused by handling other than what is needed to establish its nature and condition.
We refund all sums paid, initial delivery costs included, no later than 14 days after your notification, by the same payment method. The refund may be delayed until we have received the canvas or you have shown proof of shipment.
